THE SALON

Experience indulgent beauty treatments while enjoying handmade chocolates and champagne. The Salon offers the best in manicures, pedicures, haircuts, blow-outs, up-dos, conditioning treatments, color and make-up application.



PRICES
Treatment prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos. A 16% tax and 18% Service Charge will be added to your final bill.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 90 minutes in advance of your treatment so that you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

SPA FACILITIES
All of the spa treatments 60 minutes and above include access to the facilities.

CHILDREN´S POLICY
We are delighted to offer treatments for young adults over the age of 16. Access to the rest of the spa including the changing facilities, spa and heat experiences and gym are restricted to over 16’s.

CANCELLARION POLICY
A 100% fee will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, please turn off all electronic devices.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women during the second and third trimester of pregnancy. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. We highly recommend to avoid the use of the NIZUC Thermal Experience facilities during pregnancy.

VALUABLES
Please leave your valuables in the safety box of your suite. The Spa and Resort cannot be held responsible for any lost or forgotten belongings.

IN-SUITE SPA EXPERIENCE
We gladly offer Treatments in the privacy of your suite, an additional charge of 50 USD per person will be added.

TempSure is an effective and non-invasive radiofrequency technique used for skin tightening. It applies temperature controlled heat waves on the skin in order to stimulate the lymphatic system, to build collagen, elastin and reduction of cellulite. Known as the Aesthetic Hot Stone Massage.

SCULPSURE

Only FDA cleared laser that permanently destroys fat cells. This Hands Free Diode laser technology makes it possible to reach therapeutic temperatures in order to eliminate stubborn fat cells on all areas of the body. Sculpsure has a flexible fixation system that in 25 min. per zone benefits the contour of the body. A series of treatments is recommended for optimal results.



COOLTONE
