We split our stay between the Ocean View Junior Suite with a private pool and the Private Pool Villa, and absolutely loved both.

The villa is more spacious and offers a wonderful sense of privacy, but personally, I preferred the Ocean View Junior Suite. I absolutely loved having a private pool overlooking the sea — the view made such a difference and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Both are beautiful options, but if I had to choose one again, I would definitely go for the Ocean View Junior Suite with the sea-view pool.

Spa is a MUST do.

Probably one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Absolutely amazing.

I stayed at NIZUC Resort & Spa in Cancun as part of SiGMA’s Affiliate Retreat, an event I was involved with as one of the sponsors, and I honestly could not have been more impressed with the choice of resort.

The property itself is stunning. I had my own private pool in my room, the facilities were beautiful, and everything throughout the stay felt exceptionally well thought through. But what really made the experience stand out was the service.

Great hospitality is not simply about having a beautiful property. It is about how you make people feel, and the team at NIZUC demonstrated that from beginning to end. A huge thank you to all the staff, and particularly to Mary Cruz, the manager, for making our experience so special.

It was also an interesting reminder of just how much service matters. During the same trip, we had to stay at the Marriott Aloft as part of Affiliate World Conference, where our experience was unfortunately the complete opposite. The contrast could not have been greater.

NIZUC is somewhere I would highly recommend, both personally and professionally. We will absolutely use the resort again.

Es uno de los mejores, sino el mejor hotel de Cancún.

Had a wonderful time at the resort with the wife for our anniversary. The resort was not loud and obnoxious like some of the more well-known ones in Mexico. Instead, this resort is quiet with focus on service, cleanliness and beach activities.

The breakfast brunch was included with our stay. Every day was a different menu, and the food was delicious and fresh. We opted to eat around the town in Cancun. So, I can't speak to the on-resort restaurants.

We also experienced one of the best spa services at the resort. It is next level. You have to experience it first hand to know what I mean. It is not cheap, but neither is the whole experience.

The room was beautiful with a massive balcony overlooking the mangrove style courtyard with the beach in the background. The bed faced the massive glass wall facing all of this. This was easily my top 10 hotel rooms ever. Always clean and a beautiful turndown service: what else could you ask for.

Totally worth the price point and located close to all the amazing restaurants. We had a relaxing blast (you get it). Congrats to Nizuc for a great product!

Excelente experiencia. El hotel estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones eran cómodas y bien equipadas. El personal fue muy amable y atento desde el momento del check-in hasta la salida. El desayuno estuvo rico y con buena variedad, y las instalaciones se encontraban en excelentes condiciones. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo, cómodo y con un excelente servicio.

Este es un hotel estupendo e impecable, precioso, acogedor y con un trato muy amable.
