It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced the level of service I had at Nizuc. Requests were acknowledged and actioned immediately and everyone had their game face on when it came to our day to day experience. I could not recommend Nizuc more for those wishing for a peaceful, managed, escape!

Staying at the Nizuc Resort was a literal paradise experience. I do not have a single complaint about them. You get the full five star experience.
Starting with the hotel staff, they treat you like royalty, always opening doors for you, offering towels and umbrellas at the beach. They greet with genuine smiles, always assuring that they’re at your service. They seem to genuinely care about everyone.
They offer unlimited water bottles and ice. Room service comes twice a day.
The go cart system, to and from the lobby and rooms is unbelievably reliable. We have never waited for a cart more than 60 seconds. They somehow always show up when needed.
The kosher accommodations were top notch, food was amazing, staff was super respectful of our kosher needs, pointing out what is or isn’t kosher.
The beaches are gorgeous, the staff cleaned them from seaweed all day. The resort offers free kayaks and paddle boards and snorkelling activity. There are also jet skis for an additional charge.
Overall I can say this was my best resort experience so far, we look forward to returning very soon.

Nizuc is a Vibe. It’s a Feeling. It’s an Oasis. Nizuc Resort is a vibe. A feeling. An oasis. We enter the gates of the resort and never want to leave. From the tennis courts hidden on the southern tip of the property to the adult pool and La Punta resort perched on the northern tip of the property, there delights waiting for the curious guest. Both pools are exquisite, large and long. The six restaurants offer variety and are consistently good. We especially liked Ni, the Peruvian bar and grill located just above the cove, where we could enjoy Japanese-Peruvian dishes and ocean breezes. But beyond the details, for us the outstanding aspect of Nizuc is the staff, who exude friendliness and enthusiasm to make our stay the very best it can be. This was true in the restaurants, where waiters Israel and Hernan in Ramona and Indochine, welcomed us. And it was true in the guest suites, where Jose, Lady and Doris catered to our needs. And at the concierge desk where Fernanda helped us get everything just right. After years of travel, I know nothing is ever perfect and every trip presents unique challenges; what I love about Nizuc is that the staff were always there to help navigate every situation. From start to finish, Nizuc offers the guest a feeling of being part of a “family” and for a resort this large and varied to accomplish that is, to me, a minor miracle. Nizuc is a vibe. It’s a feeling. It’s an oasis. And I hope it always stays that way. Highly recommended.

I loved it. Everything was beautiful; I loved the Winiks kids club!! They took great care of our children and always organized super fun activities; the nanny Dayra was a sweetheart.

신혼여행으로 방문했습니다. 칸쿤에서는 3곳의 리조트를 갔었는데 그 중에서는 제일 좋았습니다.

호텔 존에서 약간 떨어져 있어서 전반적인 느낌이 한적해서 좋았습니다. 건물도 건축적으로 취향이었습니다. 부지가 넓어 골프 카트를 타고 이동했고 대부분의 시설은 메인 빌딩에 있었습니다. 인피니티 풀과 성인 풀도 잘 관리되고 있고 예쁘고, 무엇보다 다른 리조트와 비교해서 음식이 차이가 많이 났습니다. 올 인클루시브가 아니었고 그런지 가격은 좀 있어도 그만큼 맛있었습니다. 직원 분들도 격식있고 친절하게 대접해주셔서 좋았습니다.
좋은 숙소들을 나름 많이 가봤다고 생각했는데, 다른 리조트들보다 차분하고 쉬는 느낌이고 고품격 웰니스 리조트가 이런 거구나는 처음 느꼈습니다. 기념품 샵이나 스파 등 호텔의 모든 요소마다 잘 관리되고 있다는 느낌이 좋았습니다.

또 여기 호텔 전용 비치에 데크 뒤로 바다가 아주 얕습니다. 무릎까지 오는 정도인데, 조금만 암초까지 걸어 나가면 (물론 모터보트로도 태워주십니다. 여기서는 패들보드 같은 건 타지 못하게 합니다) 물고기들이 많습니다. 스노쿨링 장비 빌려 들고오기만 하면 따로 스노쿨링 할 필요도 없이 즐길 수 있었습니다.

가격은 좀 있었습니다만, 하루쯤은 꼭 머무르시면 좋겠습니다.

I came for a wedding and will 100% be back. Fell in love with everything; the room the beaches the food. And the staff is phenomenal. 100/10 recommend if you’re looking for that luxury 5 star resort experience.
